Suspension and Withdrawal Policy

Glocert International is committed to ensuring that the certification process is fair, impartial, and transparent. We are dedicated to maintaining the integrity of our certification process and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service. To this end, we have established a Suspension and Withdrawal Policy that outlines the circumstances under which a certification may be suspended or withdrawn.

Glocert International may suspend or withdraw a certification if:

• The certified organization fails to comply with the requirements of the certification standard.
• The certified organization fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the certification agreement.
• The certified organization fails to pay the required fees for certification.
• The certified organization fails to allow Glocert International to conduct surveillance audits or other required activities.
• The certified organization fails to take corrective action on non-conformities identified during audits.
• The certified organization fails to provide accurate information to Glocert International.
• The certified organization engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

If Glocert International determines that a certification should be suspended or withdrawn, the certified organization will be notified in writing. The certified organization will have the opportunity to appeal the decision and provide additional information to support their case. If the certified organization fails to take corrective action within the specified timeframe, the certification may be suspended or withdrawn.

Our goal is to help our clients achieve and maintain certification while upholding the integrity of the certification process.
